Updated Tee Booking Procedures

Due to the recent Covid restriction the Friday Night Tee Bookings will revert back to Online Booking. All bookings will be done online until further notice, with the Men’s time slots opening at 5pm Fridays and the Ladies at 4pm on Thursdays.

Shotgun Cancelled due to Covid Restrictions

This Sunday’s shotgun start has been adjusted due to the recommendation from Golf NSW that we should not conduct a shotgun start. Normal Sunday Competitions will still be played so the Golf Committee has rescheduled your starting time and t here will be extra prizes allocated for the day as there is no team event Please check the golf portal for your new time slot.  !!  Come along and have a game  as we don't know when they will stop us !!

Golf Update re Covid 19 Lockdown

  GREATER SYDNEY RULES AND RESTRICTIONS   at SATURDAY, JUNE 26TH, The COVID-19 situation continues to evolve and due to the risk associated with an increasing number of venues where transmission has occurred, the strict stay-at-home order for residents and workers from the Woollahra, Waverley, Randwick and City of Sydney council areas has been extended to ALL of Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains, the Central Coast and Wollongong until 11.59 pm on Friday, July 9th.   From 6.00 pm this evening, people will only be able to leave home for one of the following four reasons: Shopping for food or other essential goods and services Medical care or compassionate needs Exercise outdoors in groups of 10 or fewer Essential work, or education, where you cannot work or study from home  While clubhouse operations in the aforementioned areas must be closed for normal business (except takeaway), Golf NSW has been advised that golf is considered exercise and can continue i...

Message from the CEO re Covid Update

  A s of 4pm today the 23rd of June 2021 until further notice the following COVID restrictions will apply. One person per 4 square meters within the club limiting our club members at any one time to 490.  Masks will be compulsory in all areas of the club, including the deck outside area. Patrons must remain seated at all times when indoors.  Dancing and singing will not be permitted. We will continue to carry out temperature checks for all patrons visiting the club and masks are available from our staff. Rain Cancels Competitions

 Masters Pennant The wet weather has caused most of the competitions to be cancelled this weekend including the final match of the Masters Pennant.  Congratulations and thank you to the team for representing Breakers in such a professional manner   There were a number of members who filled in at the last minute so well done everybody  Weekend Competitions The weather also stopped our Saturday afternoon and Sunday competitions but we did get the Saturday morning session in and congratulations to our top 3 place getters  1st Dean Osborne (37 Points Count back).  2nd David Lowe (37 Points  Count back) 3rd Warrick Uzelac (37 points Count back ) Congratulation to all the winners on the day - Glad someone got to play!!

Breakers Representatives for Challenge Cup

2021 CHALLENGE CUP STABLEFORD COMPETITION  EVERGLADES COUNTRY CLUB – SUNDAY 27 JUNE 2021   Good luck to the Breakers Golf Clubs representatives in this years event  Men -  “A” Grade: Glenn Bainbridge 8.4  “B” Grade: Scott Beattie 16.8    “ C” Grade: Warrick Uzelac  22.7  Women -  “A” Grade. Kerrie McInerney 18.6  “B” Grade Vicki Dewsbury 21.1  “C” Grade Deanne Curby 32.7  Players qualified for the Challenge Cup contested from all Central Coast Clubs buy winning their grades in our qualifying event.      The Challenge Cup trophy will be awarded to the Club whose six (6) person team (3 men and 3 women) return the best aggregate stableford score

Mounties Golf Day

  Mounties Golf Day on Sunday 4th July (Shotgun Start) M ounties have agree to sponsor a Combined Golf and Bowls Day on the 4th July 2021 It will be played in conjunction with our normal Sunday competition with additional prizes from Mounties for the best 3 teams on the day decided by the 1-2-3 team format Entry fee is the normal daily competition fee   The format will be: 7am Register at the Pro Shop   7am – 7.30  Mounties will have a BBQ Breakfast for players providing a bacon and egg roll, Coffee, Tea or Orange Juice   7.50 Shotgun Start 12.30 Return to the club for Mounties presentation and prizes for the 3 best teams, nearest the pins on 2 and 6 as well as closest to the snake In addition the club will be running its Sunday raffle with extra prizes at 1.30pm, a lucky door prize that all members can enter, wine sampling, Live Entertainment as well as giving all members a chance to ask any questions regarding the Amalgamation.
