From The President

Dear Members, I am writing to update you on the latest happenings at our golf club.  Firstly, I would like to mention that the weather has been quite challenging in recent weeks.  Despite this, our team has been working hard to maintain the course to the highest possible standard. As you may be aware, Mounties have plans to construct a new wall on the 9th hole, this should start on Monday 22nd May subject to weather conditions  When this work starts there will be a temporary green and members will have to double back over the bridge near the nursery. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, but we hope that you will bear with us as we carry out this important work. I am pleased to inform you that the working bee that was held last on Wednesday was a great success.  We were able to complete the crushed granite path from the tee to the concrete on the 6th hole.  We are happy with the progress that has been made, and we thank all the volunteers who took part in this project.
