Golf Course Renovations on Monday 6th September

Ken Pearson has advised that the course renovations planned for the first Monday in September will still go ahead.
However with the COVID restrictions Ken will only use the ground staff to carry out the work,
At the moment he is considering closing the course until midday on that day to give the staff a clear run
Keep an eye on the blog as we will update you as soon as as we know exactly whats happening

He will bring the staff in specially to do the job and understands that we would like to offer our usual assistance, however, he feels that the risk is too great with the COVID situation. 

If you can filter the word out that we will still have the renovations, however, no need for the volunteer assistance.

Change to Grades

Members, At the last match committee meeting the disproportionate differences in the numbers of players in each grade and concerns from the members was discussed  As of Saturday 16th September as long as there are a minimum of 60 players there will be 3 grades on Tuesdays and 2 Grades on a Saturday  Grades on Tuesdays will be : Division 1 : 0-15 Division 2 : 16 - 26 Division 3 : 27- 36 3 prizes will be paid for each grade calculated over total players Grades on a Saturday will be Division 1 ; 0-18 Division 2 : 19-36 3 prizes will be paid for each grade calculated over total players This will not effect the 101 Club which is played twice a month

  Members On Sunday 12th November the Breakers Mens Golf Club held the 2023 AGM.
