ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Breakers Golf Club will be held in the Breakers Auditorium on
Sunday, 21st November 2021
Commencing at or around 12.30pm.
AGENDA
1. Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting of Breakers Golf Club, held on 15 November, 2020.
2. To receive, consider and, if thought fit, adopt the President’s Report.
3. To receive, consider and, if thought fit, adopt the Treasurer’s Report.
4. To receive, consider and, if thought fit, adopt the Annual Report Balance Sheet, Statement of Accounts and Auditor’s Report.
5. To receive, consider and, if thought fit, adopt the Captain’s Report.
6. To receive, consider and, if thought fit, adopt the following resolutions in regard to benefits, afforded to members of the Golf Committee:
a) The reasonable costs of light refreshments and drinks at the last Committee Meetings, prior to the AGM and Christmas;
b) Committee Members to book themselves and their playing partner into competitions, prior to the scheduled 5.00pm Friday booking time;
(c) The reasonable cost of a suitably embroidered club shirt.

To deal with any business of which due notice has been given.

8. To declare the Election of the Committee for the ensuing year.
10. To deal with any other business that the meeting may approve, of which due notice has not been given.
