Oh What A Night

Members Mega Prize Giveaway

On Saturday night the Mega Prize Draw was held and what a great night was had by all.

The room looked fantastic and when over 130 people who were in attendance came into the room and saw how much trouble Gill Wilson with help from some of the other ladies looked there were lots of smiles from the members and guests.

A big thank you to Matt Farrugia from Breakers who could not do enough to help make sure the night was a success. It made a big difference with the ease of ordering at the bar and having the food delivered to the table

The Night  started with Ian Betteridge playing for the crowd whilst they ordered their dinner and mingled with friends 

After Ian finished we were entertained by the Ball Busters, a band of talented musicians.  Joe Schuj, Nick O'Meara, Ken Baker and Mike Hogan

All our Entertainment was donated by members of our great Golf Club

The winner of the ladies major prize, a new Cleavland Golf Bag was Viv Ball with Venice Higgin winning a new putter

There were 20 prizes valued at $1250 for members who attended and Warren Butts won the top prize a Wilson  Golf Bag valued at $300

We then moved on to the major prize the for the night which 285 golf members who had played a competition game since January was entitled to the MGI Zip Electric Buggy valued at $1000

This was won by Ian Betteridge and was presented by club President Glenn Bainbridge and Club Captain Peter Crowder
