Golf course closed over the weekend

Good afternoon Everyone, 

After assessing the golf course with Wayne, we have made the decision to keep the golf course closed over the weekend and will re-assess at 630am on Monday morning. 

Unfortunately, there is still a lot of ground water over multiple areas of the course, with other areas that has had the water recede, extremely soft and just too dangerous to walk or play a shot from. 

The decision has been made for safety of the Members and preservation of the course.

Members, At the last match committee meeting the disproportionate differences in the numbers of players in each grade and concerns from the members was discussed  As of Saturday 16th September as long as there are a minimum of 60 players there will be 3 grades on Tuesdays and 2 Grades on a Saturday  Grades on Tuesdays will be : Division 1 : 0-15 Division 2 : 16 - 26 Division 3 : 27- 36 3 prizes will be paid for each grade calculated over total players Grades on a Saturday will be Division 1 ; 0-18 Division 2 : 19-36 3 prizes will be paid for each grade calculated over total players This will not effect the 101 Club which is played twice a month

  Members On Sunday 12th November the Breakers Mens Golf Club held the 2023 AGM.
