Hi All,

Unfortunately, we will need to keep the golf course closed over the weekend. It is still far too wet and unsafe to allow people out there. 

Course superintendent Wayne and myself will conduct an inspection on Monday morning 6:30am to assess where we go from there. 

We are looking at designing a shortened course which would work around the worst parts of the golf course, resulting in all par 3’s, but allowing us to be able to potentially open up the course much earlier than when we would if we have to wait for the full course to be safe and playable. 

I will keep you updated with those plans as we move forward. I hope you all have a great weekend

Change to Grades

Members, At the last match committee meeting the disproportionate differences in the numbers of players in each grade and concerns from the members was discussed  As of Saturday 16th September as long as there are a minimum of 60 players there will be 3 grades on Tuesdays and 2 Grades on a Saturday  Grades on Tuesdays will be : Division 1 : 0-15 Division 2 : 16 - 26 Division 3 : 27- 36 3 prizes will be paid for each grade calculated over total players Grades on a Saturday will be Division 1 ; 0-18 Division 2 : 19-36 3 prizes will be paid for each grade calculated over total players This will not effect the 101 Club which is played twice a month

  Members On Sunday 12th November the Breakers Mens Golf Club held the 2023 AGM.
