Mixed Foursomes Great Success

On Saturday we held the 2022 Mixed Foursomes Championship in what can only be described as near perfect conditions.

The sun was shining, the course looked terrific and there was a lots of laughter and stories in the clubhouse at the end.

The overall Stroke winners were Dean Osbourne and Chun Kim with Steve and Janice Adlard second and Glenn Bainbridge and Sally Hopkins third.

The Overall Net winners were Tony and Jeanice Gibson with Peter Crowder and Vicky Duesbury second and Gary Burke and Jill Lavery third

Members, At the last match committee meeting the disproportionate differences in the numbers of players in each grade and concerns from the members was discussed  As of Saturday 16th September as long as there are a minimum of 60 players there will be 3 grades on Tuesdays and 2 Grades on a Saturday  Grades on Tuesdays will be : Division 1 : 0-15 Division 2 : 16 - 26 Division 3 : 27- 36 3 prizes will be paid for each grade calculated over total players Grades on a Saturday will be Division 1 ; 0-18 Division 2 : 19-36 3 prizes will be paid for each grade calculated over total players This will not effect the 101 Club which is played twice a month
