The golf committee have received and endorsed the following nomination for Life Membership of Breakers Men's Golf Club for Jeff Perry

This Nomination will be voted on at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on Sunday 27th November 2022

To the President & Golf Committee 
Breakers Country Club 

It is with a great deal of pleasure that I wish to nominate Jeff Perry for life Membership of the Breakers Golf Club

My reasons for doing so are subsequently listed below.

Jeff became an active golf club member on the 13th November 1972 and has continued until the present time. 

He has continued to play an integral role in the continued success of the Breakers Men's Golf Club by serving on the Golf Club Board in many different capacities over a very long period of time. 

He also has helped to mentor and assist the Pennants Teams by playing and serving as captain for many years. 

He is currently a Patron of the Breakers Mens Golf Club.

Change to Grades

Members, At the last match committee meeting the disproportionate differences in the numbers of players in each grade and concerns from the members was discussed  As of Saturday 16th September as long as there are a minimum of 60 players there will be 3 grades on Tuesdays and 2 Grades on a Saturday  Grades on Tuesdays will be : Division 1 : 0-15 Division 2 : 16 - 26 Division 3 : 27- 36 3 prizes will be paid for each grade calculated over total players Grades on a Saturday will be Division 1 ; 0-18 Division 2 : 19-36 3 prizes will be paid for each grade calculated over total players This will not effect the 101 Club which is played twice a month

  Members On Sunday 12th November the Breakers Mens Golf Club held the 2023 AGM. The committee for the 2024 year were elected and are as follows President : Glenn Bainbridge Vice Pres:  Wayne Fuller Captain:   Peter Crowder Secretary:  Bruce Grant Treasurer: Brian Ferrao Committee: Adam Quayle, Phillip Lovebridge, Garry Burke and Jeff Perry Patron     : Jeff Perry As a committee we look forward to a positive 2024 for all members of Bfreakers Mens Golf Club
