On Tuesday 16th we bid farewell to Joe Schuj who has left an indelible mark on us over the years. 

Joe was more than just a member of the Breakers Golf Club.


He was a true friend and inspiration for all those who had the privilege of knowing and playing with him.


For years, you would see him on Tuesdays and Saturdays, with his infectious enthusiasm that spread among his fellow golfers. 


Joe understood that golf was not just a game of but also a means of building lasting friendships, Joe's impact extended far beyond his contributions as a golfer. 


He was a man of many talents, one of which was his incredible musical abilities, as a member of a band, he generously lent his musical prowess to support the club on numerous occasions.


His legacy as a friend, golfer, and musician will continue to inspire us and condolences go to Joes wife Shayne, daughters Kate and Eliza and beloved opa to Emily from all members of Breakers Golf Club 


Joe's service will be at Greenway at Green Pt 2pm next Thursday 25th May

Change to Grades

Members, At the last match committee meeting the disproportionate differences in the numbers of players in each grade and concerns from the members was discussed  As of Saturday 16th September as long as there are a minimum of 60 players there will be 3 grades on Tuesdays and 2 Grades on a Saturday  Grades on Tuesdays will be : Division 1 : 0-15 Division 2 : 16 - 26 Division 3 : 27- 36 3 prizes will be paid for each grade calculated over total players Grades on a Saturday will be Division 1 ; 0-18 Division 2 : 19-36 3 prizes will be paid for each grade calculated over total players This will not effect the 101 Club which is played twice a month

  Members On Sunday 12th November the Breakers Mens Golf Club held the 2023 AGM.
