Club Championships Format

The Club Championships will have a new format this year with qualifying being the first 18 holes stroke on Saturday 19th October and the second 18 holes stroke on Sunday 20th October.

The leading 8 players in each grade will then play knockout match play on Saturday 26th.

The winning 4 players in each grade will play knockout matchplay on Sunday 27th.

The final 2 players in each grade will play the final on Saturday 2nd November. 

The Veterans Championship and A,B & C net winners will be decided on the 36 hole qualifying scores.

Members, At the last match committee meeting the disproportionate differences in the numbers of players in each grade and concerns from the members was discussed  As of Saturday 16th September as long as there are a minimum of 60 players there will be 3 grades on Tuesdays and 2 Grades on a Saturday  Grades on Tuesdays will be : Division 1 : 0-15 Division 2 : 16 - 26 Division 3 : 27- 36 3 prizes will be paid for each grade calculated over total players Grades on a Saturday will be Division 1 ; 0-18 Division 2 : 19-36 3 prizes will be paid for each grade calculated over total players This will not effect the 101 Club which is played twice a month
