Prostate Cancer Awareness Month

Axeman Shootout Starts this week only one off cost of $20.00 with all funds going to prostate cancer. Even if you can't play a great cause to make a donation to and remember Mounties match funds raised dollar for dollar.

Awareness week sponsored by Lance Harrigan starts Tuesday 9th with Saturday and Sunday being transfered to  20th and 21st September. Plenty of prizes for everyone in all sorts of categories.

Trivia Night 11th October put it in your diary.


101 CLUB

As at tomorrow Sat 6th your tees on the 8th will be "BLACK" and on the 17th "RED".  Just remember B comes before R.



SUNDAY MIXED COMP

Sunday 26th October an 8 week trial will start for a mixed competition starting at 11.00 am, each Sunday. The ladies committee have offered to run this event, but all members are welcomed.

2 025 SENIOR PENNANT ROUND 1RESULTS OUTSTANDING WIN FOR ‘A’ GRADE What a great start to the Senior Pennant competition. It has been a quite a few years since Breakers entered an ‘A’ Grade side  in the District Pennant. Our first match was held at Toukley GC. Conditions were great for golf and our A, B and C grade teams fired up and ready to go. Our opponents for the first match, Kooindah Waters. A grade led the way with Greg Duval, Adam Knight, Nick Merritt  (Captain), Greg Swanson, Alan Ball and Phil Carter. Most of the matches were remarkably close and Phil Carter securing a  half in his match to give the team an Historic Victory, 3 ½ to 2 ½ win. Wins for Alan Ball, Nick Merritt and Greg Swanson. ‘ B’ GRADE ‘B’ Grade had a disappointing start to their 2025 Pennants campaign,  going down 2 ½ - 1 ½. Rod Stanley, Nick Merritt and Wayne Fuller "The Club Championships have now been completed after 36 holes stoke play qualifying and 3 rounds of knockout match play.Alan Ball shot 2 great rounds of 71 to lead the A grade qualifiers while Dieter Hajduk led B grade qualifiers,and Mike Laws led C grade.  Unfortunately these  number ones were all knocked out in the first round of match play.
