People have asked me about the Bill Birch Cup Knockout CompetitionResults,

There could be a number of reasons the results haven't been posted, one being i lost and didn't care, the other could be I didn't want to give the winner a big head, but I have to be honest and say I forgot to post the results so here they are.

This knockout competition has been completed with Russ Emery winning Sunday with 24 pts. Tuesday am Glenn Bainbridge defeated Martin Vanderslot 35pts on c/b. 

Tuesday pm Don Ball defeated Wayne Fuller 32pts on c/b. 


Overall winner was Glenn Bainbridge.

Change to Grades

Members, At the last match committee meeting the disproportionate differences in the numbers of players in each grade and concerns from the members was discussed  As of Saturday 16th September as long as there are a minimum of 60 players there will be 3 grades on Tuesdays and 2 Grades on a Saturday  Grades on Tuesdays will be : Division 1 : 0-15 Division 2 : 16 - 26 Division 3 : 27- 36 3 prizes will be paid for each grade calculated over total players Grades on a Saturday will be Division 1 ; 0-18 Division 2 : 19-36 3 prizes will be paid for each grade calculated over total players This will not effect the 101 Club which is played twice a month

  Members On Sunday 12th November the Breakers Mens Golf Club held the 2023 AGM.
