 Report on 2025 District Pennant

A GRADE

This year started with the best response to nomination we have had in a long time. For the first time since 2013 we nominated an A Grade Side into the competition.

They performed extremely well jumping out of the blocks with

2 wins from 2 starts, Captain Nick Merritt leading from the front, giving the remainder of our opposition a bit of a fright. The team went on to record another win, finishing in sixth place out of Nine.

B GRADE

The B Grade side, led by Bulldog Wayne Fuller again performed superbly well finishingequal 7th after having some very tough matches that could have gone either way.

Well done to Victor Carr and Mark Chilvers, they performed at a competitive level in their first season of pennants

C GRADE

C Grade also performed well losing someclose matches by just ½ point. They also had the best performing player in Matt Edghill who only lost one match and that was against Everglades, the last match of the competition. The team finished last by ½ point for equal seventh.

We now look forward to having competitive-teams compete in the 2026 Central Coast Senior Pennant.

I would also like to thank Breakers Golf Club and Mounties for supplying golf balls and shirts and the end of competition supper. Thanks to the supporters who came to came along to the games, the players much appreciated it.
