 2026 Men’s Singles Matchplay Knockout

32 Players will contest the finals.



Qualification for the 32 places in the handicap knockout stage will commence :.

Saturday 21st the best 10 Stableford Scores

Sunday 22nd the best 8 Stableford scores

Tuesday 24th the best 14 Stableford scores

Each Player can only enter knockout qualifications on one day.

You must nominate the date you wish your score to count.( before you play)

Entry form in the Pro Shop.  Entries close Sunday 21st March, 5.00 pm

The Matchplay knockout first round will commence

1st Round: Sat 1st April and all rounds must be played by the 30th April.

2nd Round must be played by 30th May.

Quarter finals must be played by 30th June

Semin finals must be played by 28th July

Final must be played by 30th August 2026

Handicap is full difference, i.e. Player 1 handicap 10, Player 2, Handicap 20, Player 1 gives player 2, 10 shots.

As per the Match Index on the card.

It is up to the Players to arrange a suitable date to play their match.

2 025 SENIOR PENNANT ROUND 1RESULTS OUTSTANDING WIN FOR ‘A’ GRADE What a great start to the Senior Pennant competition. It has been a quite a few years since Breakers entered an ‘A’ Grade side  in the District Pennant. Our first match was held at Toukley GC. Conditions were great for golf and our A, B and C grade teams fired up and ready to go. Our opponents for the first match, Kooindah Waters. A grade led the way with Greg Duval, Adam Knight, Nick Merritt  (Captain), Greg Swanson, Alan Ball and Phil Carter. Most of the matches were remarkably close and Phil Carter securing a  half in his match to give the team an Historic Victory, 3 ½ to 2 ½ win. Wins for Alan Ball, Nick Merritt and Greg Swanson. ‘ B’ GRADE ‘B’ Grade had a disappointing start to their 2025 Pennants campaign,  going down 2 ½ - 1 ½.   Members, The draw has now been completed for the Match Play Knock Out. The draw was out of a hat and some team got a carry over to make a second round of 8 matches Games can be play either in conjunction with a competition or as arranged by all teams, but must be completed within the timeframe.. If you are playing outside of compitition days keep your card as a record in case we need to go to a count back The draw will be posted in the notice board for updating. Good luck to all teams
