Most of the matches were remarkably close and Phil Carter securing a  half in his match to give the team an Historic Victory, 3 ½ to 2 ½ win. Wins for Alan Ball, Nick Merritt and Greg Swanson. ‘ B’ GRADE ‘B’ Grade had a disappointing start to their 2025 Pennants campaign,  going down 2 ½ - 1 ½. With the late withdrawal of one of the favourites, Stephen and Janice—after an unfortunate incident where Janice briefly thought she was 21 again and joined in a game of football with her granddaughter—the field was wide open. The foursomes format always proves challenging, and there were certainly a few players taking shots from some very “interesting” positions around the course.
